By downloading or using Parallax, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Parallax is a private journaling and system-tracking app designed for plural systems. It lets you log fronting, manage member profiles, track relationships, and more. Your data belongs to you.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Parallax. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Parallax Plus is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features including the Posts tab (online posting simulator), the Relationships board, and premium themes and custom accent colors.

• Price: Parallax Plus is offered at three tiers ($2.50, $5.00, or $7.50 per month). All tiers unlock the same features.
• Free trial: New accounts receive a complimentary 3-week trial of Parallax Plus. One trial per account.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — you keep access until then.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Free features: Your data (members, fronting history, notes, etc.) is always yours regardless of subscription status. No data is deleted or hidden if you cancel.

You own everything you put into Parallax. We don't claim any rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.

You agree not to:

• Use Parallax for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or compromise the app or its infrastructure
• Use the app to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Circumvent subscription checks or access Plus features without a valid subscription

Parallax is provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or meet every need. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or other damages arising from your use of the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Parallax shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
